SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Saturday, January 6, 2021, PT. Capital Life Syariah held Financial Literacy as a series of activities for the 2021 CAPITAL Sustainable Finance Action Plan (RAKB), which was held at the Kita Setara Campus – South Tangerang.

Financial Literacy with the theme; "Come on! Getting to Know Sharia Life Insurance”, followed by Friends of Disability Fostered Capital & Kita Equal.



The RAKB 2021 CAPITAL program which has been running for 3 years is a program aimed at encouraging friends with disabilities to be able to become independent entrepreneurs.

In a series of events, CAPITAL & Kita Equivalent held various Class programs, including; Sewing class program & coffee barista class (theory & practice) on 6,7,13 & 14 November 2021. In addition, participants also gain financial knowledge through Financial Literacy classes & also self-development training classes.

In an interesting literacy presentation by Pramudya Widiyanto (Head of New Business & Underwriting Department, PT. Capital Life Syariah), all participants participated actively. With all their limitations, they enthusiastically asked questions about insurance. This literacy provides basic knowledge about Sharia insurance knowledge & explores participants' insights on why insurance is very important in life.

The existence of this financial literacy is expected so that participants can manage the financial results of entrepreneurship appropriately and set aside for insurance.
