The Company’s Code of Conduct is an elaboration of the basic principles of professional personal conduct that are essential for concrete translation by all human resources in the Company in carrying out its daily duties and obligations.
Implementation of the Code of Conduct in the Company is followed by the mechanism of the Whistleblowing System, which is a reporting media for violations of ethical codes and disciplinary regulatory policies.
The Company has a Code of Conduct which describes the ethical standards within the context of both business ethics and work ethics and behavior that should be used as guidelines by all levels of the Company.
The Code of Conduct Guidelines contains the following:
a. Objectives of the Code of Conduct;
b. Corporate Values;
c. Confidentiality;
d. Conflict of Interest;
e. Abuse of position;
f. Misuse of information;
g. Healthy practices in relationships with business a partners;
h. Integrity;
i. Implementation of Anti Fraud strategy;
j. Supervision and sanctions.
The Code of Conduct is applicable to the Board of Commissioners, the Directors, and all employees of the Company. All individuals in the Company shall read and understand the Code of Conduct and sign a Statement containing the following:
• Corporate Confidentiality;
• Prevention of Conflict of Interest;
• Prevention of power abuse;
• Prevention of misuse of information;
• Fair practices in connection with customers and/ or business partners;
• Avoid Insider Trading;
• Maintain integrity; and
• Implementation of Anti Fraud strategy.
