The company has reaffirmed the Composition of the Audit Committee based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners No. 002/KOM-CFI/X/2024 dated October 16, 2024, with the composition as follows:

Harkie Kosadi

Ahmad Sujana
Member
Indonesian citizen, 38 years old. He has been a member of the Audit Committee at PT Capital Financial Indonesia Tbk (since 2017 - present). He currently also serves as Tax & Accounting at PT Mitra Abadi Konsultan (since 2023).

Susanto Halim
Member
