Pak Boby, one of the witnesses and victims of the ferocious Tsunami. The business he started for 10 years foundered more on that day. He has lost his business and also parted ways with his beloved wife who he thought was carried away by the Tsunami water. Had despaired because he had lost his loved ones and also his livelihood, which had been a family livelihood for a dozen years, but he still sought his wife. After Pak Boby's search, his wife was finally able to meet with her family after being separated from the incident. Despite the disaster, he still repaid Tokomodal loans.

On 29 August 2019, the Alfamikro team and the Tokomodal team visited the Serang area to speak directly to Alfamart members from one stall to another. Had a break up, finally Alfa-Tokomodal met face to face with Mr. Boby. Pak Boby's shop is located across from Carita beach with a particle board wall, however he welcomes Alfamikro and Tokomodal and he can use the application again. Previously, Mr. Boby had used the Alfamikro-Tokomodal application from November 2018 to February 2019 and for 6 months of inactivity using the application because he wanted to use his capital to rebuild his shop.
